Ryan Jackson

President

Ryan started his career in radio broadcasting, then worked as a corporate strategy consultant with Accenture. There, he aided major reorganization efforts at companies like Anheuser Busch and USAA. Since 2011, he has led Acceleron Learning, a blended-learning education company serving over 50,000 incarcerated individuals annually, dozens of Job Corps Centers, and hundreds of K12 schools around the United States. As President of LiftUp Labs, a joint venture with Management & Training Corporation, he shapes and integrates content, technology, and research workstreams. He holds an M.B.A. in strategy from The Ohio State University.

Anne Holibaugh

Design

Anne Holibaugh has devoted her professional life to serving vulnerable populations. She spent the first twenty years of her career working in the non-profit sector with a focus on children and families, including Americorps and Big Brother Big Sisters. She brings her deep experience in curriculum and program design, organizational leadership and strategic planning along with her passion for helping others into her work as the Design Director for LiftUp Labs. Her creativity and skill are driven by a commitment to human dignity. She also serves as a Research Fellow for the University of Cincinnati School of Criminal Justice. 

Catherine Richardson

Commercialization

Catherine is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the State of Texas.  She has over a decade of experience providing clinical services in a variety of settings including, parole & probation, inpatient psychiatric facilities, outpatient psychotherapy clinics and adoption & foster care agencies.  Catherine has also led teams in clinical quality, performance and compliance at national companies such as Talkspace along with regional chains in the State of Texas.  As the Director of Commercialization at Lift Up Labs, Catherine oversees the implementation and promotion of LiftUp Labs’ products and services.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Tyler Brodess

Production

Tyler started his career as a fine arts high school educator before entering the corporate learning and development space. With a focus in instructional design, his work has spanned a variety of industries such as healthcare, financial technology, and travel. At Southwest Airlines, he became a Learning Program Manager, overseeing content creation, implementation, and evaluation of several training programs. As Director of Production at LiftUp Labs, Tyler oversees content creation, film studio production, LMS implementation, and sourcing contract workforce. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama from the University of Oklahoma. 

Adrian Parks

Operations

Adrian began her career as an advisor in higher education at the University of North Texas, then focused on undergraduate recruitment and retention strategies for the College of Engineering at the University of North Texas. In that position, she worked with prospective students to help them understand admission requirements, transfer requirements, and get oriented to college life. While at UNT, she created a peer mentor and tutoring program to help with retention. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology with a focus of Learning and Development. At LiftUp Labs, Adrian leads operational activities such as program scheduling/delivery, content packaging, and account administration for our technology products. 

Murali Krishna Cheruvu

Technology

Murali Krishna Cheruvu brings over two decades of global experience in software engineering, architecture, and leadership. He holds dual master’s degrees—one in Computer Engineering and Applications from Andhra University (1994) and another in Data Science from Indiana University (2018). He has held key roles at leading organizations such as eBay (Principal, Paid Marketing), JDS Uniphase (Senior Manager), and Signant Health (Senior Director, 9 years). His work on FlightSmart, an initiative under Warren Buffett’s FlightSafety, applied AI/ML and time-series modeling to pilot training programs. He is an advocate for cloud-native development, serverless architecture, and the strategic application of AI/ML to deliver scalable SaaS solutions and platforms. At Liftup Labs, he is deeply committed to building technology that transform the lives of underserved communities.

Rebecca Fredrickson

Research

Becky Fredrickson, Ed.D., has spent her professional career in education. She has served as a public school teacher and as a higher education professor and leader. She still actively teaches at the university level, working with doctoral students, publishing research, and serving at the state and national levels working to impact and improve education. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership and undergraduate degree in Theatre and Special Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Texas at Tyler. Her work at LiftUp Labs is focused around researching the impacts of educational programming within prison systems.
