interLIFT has been implemented in many complex correctional settings, including facility-wide at the 2,200 bed East Texas Treatment Facility – a substance-abuse treatment prison in Henderson, Texas. trainUP delivers continuous learning in the field, both self-paced and in short facilitated group sessions. Bite-sized micro-learning that asks instead of “what would you do?” Each episode mixes core content knowledge and skills, scenario roleplays, and real-world perspectives, including:

We work with agencies and subject-experts like The Moss Group to tackle complex topics in areas such as leadership development, communication, managerial skills, dynamic security, suicide prevention and restrictive housing.
